Unusual setup with separate buildings for rooms and common facilities - super convenient! Great location for exploring Melbourne, with easy access to public transport. Rooms are mind-blowingly well equipped and spacious. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very quiet yet close to the city. Complementary wifi is a great bonus!

For families with children, my kids wished there was a dedicated play area or activities for them to engage in during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a modern hotel with excellent facilities. My room had a super comfy king size bed and a well-sized bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. The bar fridge was well stocked and the tea and coffee facilities were a plus. The free high-performing wifi made my stay even more enjoyable.

This place is perfectly located, close to everything. It's just a short walk to the vibrant shopping centre and the tram stop right outside takes you to the city in no time. The hotel also has a nice restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal. The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and sitting area. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.

Location is very nice and the whole complex is rather impressive

On booking in rather late the room's large screen tv didn't work and the airconditioner didn't work windows didnt open, so uncomfortable stuffy night. To be fair we got moved to another room next day. Expensive valet parking when there is ample parking spaces in the street

Remote for well appointed Tv and menue could not be used. Very disappointed. Parking for a fee was not appreciated. we parked on the street 2nd night.

The room was spacious and well equipped, with a balcony that provided extra space. The location was very convenient, close to lively shopping area and tram lines that led directly to the city center. the staff was very helpful, providing great service and giving useful tips about local restaurants and shops.

The technology in the room was a bit outdated, making it difficult to connect to certain apps and services. the room service menu was limited, with no drinks available after a certain time.

This hotel is in a great location, close to a vibrant shopping center and just a short taxi ride to the city. The rooms are modern and comfortable with stylish finishes and amenities like private balconies and spacious showers. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and guests can enjoy a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant.

One minor negative is that the hotel keeps a copy of guests' driver's licenses for a couple of years, raising concerns about privacy.

We like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The location is another plus as it is easy to access from either main entry into the city. The restaurant and its staff are excellent.
